Music Appreciation
Our meetings are on alternate Wednesday between the Main Group meetings. For our autumn meetings the average attendance was 30. We've had presentations from five members with a wide choice of music, mainly classical and light classical. The final meeting before Christmas was the individual members’ choice with a Christmas theme. There are eight meetings in the spring session from 16th January at two week intervals up to May 7th.
New members are very welcome. For details please contact me on 01905 452580.

=========================================
The Genealogy group have had a busy term and have now finished formal classes. In January, some of the group went on a visit to the County Record Office at Spetchley.
In February there is a visit to Lichfield. As the Diocesan Office for the Counties of Staffordshire, Derbyshire, North Warwickshire and North Shropshire, Lichfield is a treasure trove for those with ancestors in these areas.
On 26th of March we are hoping to go to the Archives at Birmingham Library, providing the office alterations are completed. Those who have expressed an interest are asked to contact us nearer the time to confirm this visit.
In addition may we remind class members that they may visit us at home at mutually agreed times for advice concerning their individual research.
